These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of apkhood.in (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By accessing or using APK HOOD, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
APK HOOD is a free, publicly accessible directory of third-party referral programs, surveys, cashback offers, testing gigs, and AI jobs. We publish research-based summaries, trust scores, and links to external programs; we do not administer any of the listed programs ourselves.
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. Individual listings may carry their own additional eligibility requirements (age, country, documentation) set by the third-party program, not by APK HOOD.
You may submit a program for review using our Contact form. Submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not be spam, misleading, or promotional content for schemes that require upfront payment to "unlock" earnings. Every submission goes through manual review before it may appear in the live directory, and we reserve the right to decline any submission without explanation.
When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; (b) scrape or republish our content at scale without permission; (c) use the Contact form to send spam, abusive content, or unlawful material; or (d) misrepresent your identity when submitting a listing or scam report.
The APK HOOD name, logo, design, and original written content are owned by APK HOOD. Company names, logos, and trademarks referenced in listings remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and programs we do not control. Your use of any third-party program is governed by that company's own terms, not ours. See our Disclaimer for more on how we handle third-party listings.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APK HOOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party program listed on it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
